These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, reservations, payments, tours, transport services, airport transfers, shuttle services, self-drive vehicle hire, and website usage provided by BP Tours & Travel Pty Ltd ("BP Tours & Travel", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website, making a booking, submitting payment, hiring a vehicle, participating in a tour, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

2.1 A booking is considered confirmed only after BP Tours & Travel has received the required deposit or full payment.

2.2 We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.

2.3 Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2.4 Any errors in booking information must be reported immediately.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Full payment may be required at the time of booking for selected tours, transport services, vehicle hire, promotions, or special events.

3.3 For eligible bookings exceeding AUD $250, a minimum deposit may be accepted to secure the reservation.

3.4 The customer authorizes BP Tours & Travel to process payment using the selected payment method.

3.5 Additional charges arising from customer-requested changes may apply.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Bookings valued at AUD $250 or less require full payment at the time of booking.

4.2 Bookings exceeding AUD $250 may require a minimum deposit of 20%.

4.3 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure or service date are eligible for either:

  • Full refund; or
  • Full booking credit valid for 12 months.

4.4 Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booking value.

4.5 Any remaining eligible balance may be refunded or converted into travel credit valid for 12 months.

4.6 No-shows are generally non-refundable.

4.7 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4.8 Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

5. TOUR SERVICES

5.1 Tour itineraries, departure times, routes, and destinations may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Customers must follow instructions provided by drivers, tour guides, and authorized staff.

5.3 Customers who engage in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or unlawful behaviour may be removed from the tour without refund.

5.4 Tour durations are approximate and may vary.

6. SNOW TOURS & ALPINE CONDITIONS

6.1 Snow conditions, weather conditions, road access, ski resort operations, and alpine safety regulations are outside the control of BP Tours & Travel.

6.2 We do not guarantee snowfall, snow quality, ski lift availability, or resort operations.

6.3 Customers are responsible for carrying suitable clothing, footwear, and personal equipment.

6.4 Customers acknowledge that snow and alpine activities carry inherent risks.

7. AIRPORT TRANSFERS & SHUTTLE SERVICES

7.1 Customers must provide accurate flight and travel information.

7.2 BP Tours & Travel will not be responsible for delays or missed services resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.

7.3 Pickup times may vary due to traffic, weather, airport operations, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7.4 Customers should allow adequate time when scheduling transfers.

8. SELF-DRIVE VEHICLE HIRE

8.1 Customers hiring vehicles must hold a valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle category.

8.2 Additional identification and licence verification may be required.

8.3 Customers must comply with all Australian road laws and regulations.

8.4 Customers are responsible for:

  • Traffic infringements
  • Parking fines
  • Toll charges
  • Vehicle misuse
  • Negligent damage
  • Loss caused during the rental period

8.5 Vehicles must be returned in substantially the same condition as provided, subject to normal wear and tear.

8.6 Additional vehicle rental agreements may apply and form part of these Terms.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Arrive on time for departures and pickups.
  • Carry valid identification where required.
  • Follow safety instructions.
  • Respect staff, drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fellow passengers.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. HEALTH & SAFETY

10.1 Customers are responsible for determining whether they are medically fit to participate in any tour or activity.

10.2 Customers must disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect their participation.

10.3 BP Tours & Travel may refuse participation where safety concerns exist.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

11.1 Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

11.2 BP Tours & Travel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property.

12. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, REFERRALS & VOUCHERS

12.1 Promotional offers, referral discounts, influencer codes, media partner vouchers, and special offers are subject to verification.

12.2 BP Tours & Travel reserves the right to refuse, modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time.

12.3 Promotional discounts:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • May not be combined unless specifically stated.
  • Must be used within the validity period.
  • Are subject to availability.

12.4 Only valid vouchers issued by authorized BP Tours & Travel representatives, partners, media personalities, influencers, or referral programs will be accepted.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

BP Tours & Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, losses, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Snowstorms
  • Floods
  • Bushfires
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Road closures
  • Public emergencies
  • Industrial disputes
  • Transportation disruptions

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BP Tours & Travel's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

14.2 BP Tours & Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential losses
  • Loss of enjoyment
  • Lost profits
  • Travel disruptions caused by third parties
  • Personal injury arising from customer negligence
  • Activities operated by third-party providers

14.3 Customers participate in tours and travel activities at their own risk.

15. WEBSITE USE

15.1 Website content is provided for general information purposes only.

15.2 All website content, logos, branding, images, graphics, and materials remain the intellectual property of BP Tours & Travel unless otherwise stated.

15.3 Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

16. PRIVACY

Personal information collected by BP Tours & Travel is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, customers consent to the collection and use of information necessary for booking administration, customer support, legal compliance, and service delivery.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By:

  • Making a booking;
  • Paying a deposit;
  • Completing an online payment;
  • Hiring a vehicle;
  • Participating in a tour;
  • Using our transport services; or
  • Selecting the "I Agree" checkbox during checkout,

you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
